We are a traditional cuisine to savor our rich culinary traditions based on several European roots.
With over 20 years of hospitality and food service experience, we are proud to bring our traditional Uruguayan homemade foods in the United States, Florida.
Uruguay is one of the main cattle raising country and meat producers in the world where livestock are free-range, raised in natural conditions with a mild climate and fertile land that is famous for their open fire grill called “Asado”.
Our warm, family oriented atmosphere and ambiance gives our customers a taste of homemade dishes: famous for our stone baked kneaded pizzas, homemade pastas and tomato sauce, chivito plate and our famous dessert, Chaja was invented in the 1920’s in a city called Paysandu, a layered sponge cake with whipped cream, meringue and peaches. Because of the light, fluffy, airy nature of the cake the owner thought of the local bird found in Uruguay, named Chaja.
Serving our homemade potato pasta with different flavor sauces. Tradition started by Italian immigrants in the 19th century. Families and friends gather on the 29th to eat gnocchi together by placing some coins under the plate to bring prosperity and abundance.
Our special Gnocchi Day are served with 4 different sauces.
Come dine with us at our restaurant for an unforgettable culinary experience!
